After-Sales Term

1. Applicable term

This warranty term is applicable with all the PI,PO or contract with the both side signature and stamp , and order details.


2. Confirmation document and time

Utron lighting will provide the inspection document including all the detail of each order , spare test report and photos for the inspection of clients .

When client find any in-correct part of the order, should response and propose the in-correct point within one working days by receiving of the inspection document . Utron Lighting will bear all the extra cost when there is any incorrect point of the order by the inspection of client , over one working day after receiving of the inspection will be invalid. It means client confirm the order is corrected by PI which is already agreed by both side

Receiving of inspection document could be formal and informal, such as email, message by QQ, wechat , skype , whats app or fax .  

Payment by agreement or PI means client confirm the order is corrected.


3. Handling at arrival

Any incorrect such as quantity, labels of the order after the arrival of the goods within 3 days must be propose . Utron will send the new replacement product , client bear the transportation fee . If any damage for product , Utron lighting will prepare the new replacement product , the contact party of forwarder bear the transportation and product cost .

If any urgent situation can not wait for the new replacement product from Utron lighting , and need to solve at clients place . The solution must be propose and confirmed by the Sales Director of Utron lighting with email or other formal confirmation.

Utron lighting will not bear any cost without the confirmation of Utron Lighting Sales Director for the urgent solving solution from client .


4. Handling at product failure

When there is product failure , client need to propose by email and provide the photo , video or any other test report as the evidence of the failure product . With the evidence of the failure product , Utron Lighting will confirm the first cause reason and provide the solving solution in 24 hours .

Utron lighting will not provide the new replacement product without the evidence of the failure product , but Utron lighting must assist client to analyse the failure.


5. Dealing with the failure product

Client deal with the failure product or component must be confirmed by the sales director of Utron Lighting , utron may require to send them back to the factory to check .

6. Warranty Validity period

5 years from the delivery date , the public date is start date.


7. Warranty term as annex

After public , this warranty term will be sent together with PI or contract as the annex
